The way I know how to do it;

setup an account with a free photo hosting site like photobucket.com,
upload your pictures to that site
on photobucket, copy the "img" code
then paste it in your post here
the tag should look something like this
"{IMG]http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n315/albumname/......jpg[/IMG]",
and the picture will show up when you preview or submit your message

How to post a picture without creating a photobucket account. You can post just about any picture found on the web.

Right click the picture
Select "Properties"
Highlight and Copy the Address (URL)
Create your post
Hit the "Img" button, [img] will appear
Paste the Address (URL) copied earlier
The tag should look something like this:
[/img]http://www.hochuliconstructionteam.com/index......jpg

The picture will show up when you preview or post your message
