The long awaited NFL Season has started. I would like to extend my best wishes to all the players in the NFL. May they suffer bruises and sore muscles and not career ending injuries. May the players be guided by common sense and appreciate what it means to wear the uniform of the National Football League. Walter "Sweetness" Payton appreciated wearing the uniform of the National Football League. The NFL appreciated Walter Payton and gave the most prestigous award (in my opinion) the National Football League Awards his name.
