Cromartie had recieved two personal fouls, unnecessary roughness and face mask. He was also called for a third, Def. holding. What if the 3rd call was another personal foul. Is there a limit on how many "personal fouls" one player can recieve that would lead to an ejection? If not, should there be such a rule?

There is no rule stating that multiple personal fouls by one player will result in an ejection. However, any fragrant personal foul requires an immediate ejection. It is left to the officials judgment if the foul is fragrant.

The limit of unsportsmanlike conduct penalties against one player is two before an ejection.
