On the final play of the first half the tackle made by Larry Fittsgerald shouldn't that have been a penalty? Because he ran out of bounds and was the first player to make contact with the ball carrier. It looked like he was still out of bounds as he was attemting the tackle. If so could they have reviewed that to give Pitt one last play If he was ruled down before entering the end zone.
