I guess we are beating a dead horse. Because I will continue to insist that you hold players and coaches to the same standard you seem to want to impose upon officials. Tell a player or coach you're sitting him out for a few weeks because he made a glaring mistake (WHICH THEY MAKE EVERY WEEK!) and see how far you get. You're talking about taking a man's livelyhood away from him, a man who makes a tenth of what the players make. I say it again; if it's good for one, then it's good for the other.

ED,

AFTER TWO WEEKS OF PONDERING I DO KNOW YOU ARE THE BEST IN THE NFL. WHICH GOES TO SHOW NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE IS PERFECT. SO KEEP DOING THE BEST YOU CAN. THE LEAGUE WOULD NOT BE AS GREAT AS IT IS WITHOUT YOU...COACHSTEVE

I will admit from the start I'm a Broncos fan. That being said the OP gave you bad advice.

WOW -- Week #5

It is the Chargers who lost to the Miami Dolphins in week #5 2008. I think it is the Chargers fault for looooosing in Week #2 2008.
