Hey - Live by the sword, die by the sword. Ed's a good ref, but face it, he likes attention. How many officials in professional or ameteur sports have their own website? I know it's done by his son (and well done!), but he didn't have to allow it. If you want positive attention for a job well done, you need to accept negative for a job not so well done. That's life. Deal with it.
A few weeks ago on MNF, terry McNaulty's crew missed 2 terrible face masks. Were they belabored for weeks afterwards? No. Why? McNaulty doesn't seek attention. I've seen articles about Ed's workout routine. I hear he's a popular speaker. That's great, but again, if you choose to bring attention onto yourself, you need to accept that not all of it will be good.
All of you complaining about the press are really barking up the wrong tree. Ed admitted a mistake after Denver-SD. You all should too!!!!!!
