I was watching the game and VA Tech was driving down the field when #92 of Nebraska committed a late hit out of bounds penalty, and after the call the announcer spent about 25-30 talking about how this is an ACC crew when finally the color commentator mentioned that the penalty was correct. Here is my question if the correct call is made, and it was does it really matter if this is an ACC or Big 12 crew? I am sure NFL85 and all other officials love when a penalty is called wether it is right or wrong how announcers break it down and talk about it in depth
